Data deletion instructions
This page explains how to ask NEXT WAVE TRADING - FZCO (Proadvance Technology), which operates the Proadvance platform and our Meta app “Proadvance Technology”, to delete your data.

1. You chatted on WhatsApp with a business that uses our platform
Ask that business to delete your data, or contact us: send “Delete my data” and the business name by WhatsApp to +971 58 591 8442 from the number concerned, or email proadvance@proadvancetechnology.com with the subject “Data deletion request”, the business name and your WhatsApp number.
We notify that business and delete your messages, number, profile name, the name the business saved you under, the chat history it shared and related records within 30 days of your request, unless the law requires us to keep them, and we confirm when it is done.
2. You contacted Proadvance directly (our WhatsApp line, website or a demonstration)
Contact us as above. We delete your data within 30 days of verifying the request.
3. You are a client business
Email us to delete specific contacts, conversations or your whole account. We delete them within 30 days and confirm by email.
Good to know
- A request sent from the WhatsApp number concerned verifies it; for requests by email, we may send a code to that number.
- Backups: our own daily backups are kept for 14 days, and our hosting provider's automatic backups for up to 6 weeks; after that they are overwritten. We never restore deleted data, and if a backup is ever restored, we apply the deletions again.
- We keep only what the law requires, such as invoices, and a record that your request was carried out (its date and your number partly hidden, for example +971•••••1234).
- Deleting data on our platform does not delete messages on your phone, in the business's own WhatsApp Business app, or held by WhatsApp/Meta. Use WhatsApp's tools, or contact the business, for those.
- The English version prevails.
