No. Meta charges its own WhatsApp fees, mainly for template messages your business sends first, such as reminders or offers, and bills them to your WhatsApp Business account. The AI provider's usage fees, which depend on how many conversations you have, are also separate. We explain both in the proposal, so there are no surprises.
Yes, when those tools offer an API: it can check availability, create bookings or orders, and save leads in your CRM or a spreadsheet. Each connection is listed in the proposal before you sign.
You do: the WhatsApp Business account, the AI provider account, the conversation data and the code are in your name. We fix any bug free of charge for 90 days after launch. After that, maintenance is optional: from 99 USD/month (hosting, backups and security), or 249 USD/month with 4 hours of changes included.
