Written quote, your approval first
You get a written quote before any work starts, and nothing is done without your approval. Quotes are valid for 12 days.
Parts
We fit original (dealer) parts or quality-equivalent parts; the quote shows both prices when both exist. Your old parts are kept for you to see, and we photograph every worn part.
Warranty on every repair
Every repair has a warranty of 12 months or 20,000 km on parts and labour, whichever comes first.
Courtesy car
We have courtesy cars (2 in total), free when a repair keeps your car overnight. Book one with your appointment; the driver must be 23 or older with a licence held for at least 2 years, and the car goes back with the same fuel level.
Servicing a car still under the manufacturer's warranty
We follow the manufacturer's service schedule and specifications, use parts of matching quality, and record every service with a stamped service book and an itemised invoice, which is the record manufacturers ask for.
