What we don’t do
From our rules: For safety we clean up to 2 m with our ladder, don't clean outside windows we can't reach safely, don't move furniture over 20 kg, and don't treat mould or biohazards.

Our rules: Weekly plans are 10% off and every-two-weeks plans 5% off. Skip or move a visit with 48 hours' notice; there's no minimum contract and you can stop the plan with 7 days' notice.

A stain on the sofa arm could not be removed. We recommend a sofa clean, $20 per seat.

With a plan you get the same cleaner or team every visit. If they're off, we tell you the day before and send a trained colleague who reads your home notes first.
If something isn't right, tell us within 24 hours with a photo and we come back to redo it free of charge.

We bring everything: eco-label products, a HEPA vacuum, a steam mop, microfibre cloths and a 2 m ladder. Fragrance-free products on request, and if you prefer your own products we use them.

You don't need to be home. Leave keys with the concierge, in a key box, or with us: we store them coded, never labelled with your address, and return them whenever you ask.

Changes and cancellations are free up to 24 hours before. Later than that we charge 50% of the first 2 hours, and the same if we can't get in on the day.
If something isn't right, tell us within 24 hours with a photo and we come back to redo it free of charge.
Pets are no problem: tell us when you book. We don't walk, feed or look after pets.
Accidents are covered by our liability insurance: we tell you the same day, and you report it within 48 hours so we can repair or replace it.
Tips are never expected. If you leave one, 100% goes to your cleaner.
