What we don’t do
No gas work
We are not gas-certified: we don't work on gas boilers, gas water heaters, gas pipes or cookers. Electric water heaters, radiators and the water side of a boiler, yes.
Smell gas or see sparks?
Leave the room, don’t touch any switch and call your local emergency number first. Then call us: we’ll come once it’s safe (gas work goes to a certified gas engineer).

Common jobs have a fixed price with the visit included. Anything else gets a written price after the diagnosis, before we start; if we find more, we stop and ask.
Our vans carry common parts: washers, valves, traps, flexible hoses, sockets and breakers, charged at their list price on your report. If you bought your own tap or fitting, we fit it, and the warranty covers our work.
Add up to 4 photos when you book and we confirm a fixed price or a visit estimate before we come.
After every job you get a report with what we found, the parts and labour, before-and-after photos and your warranty date.
When the technician sets off you get a link with the route, the arrival time and their initials.
